How we use your email

Pocket Portal Studio keeps your email and the dates you requested and confirmed this launch announcement. We use them only to confirm your choice and tell you when the portal opens. This list is separate from accounts and member newsletters.

Cloudflare stores the list and delivers the confirmation email. Its security check helps prevent unwanted signups. Once you confirm, we share your email with Resend to deliver the launch announcement and manage unsubscribes. These providers operate internationally. We don’t sell the list. Only Studio admins can view it in our admin area.

Use the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email to remove your address at any time. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. Confirmed addresses are kept for up to a year, or until you unsubscribe; we’ll clear the list after the launch announcement.

Removal from Resend normally follows within 15 minutes. If its service is unavailable, we keep a removal request and retry. Resend may retain delivery records or suppression information to prevent further unwanted email. We do not use open or click tracking for the launch announcement.
