Kindness is the house rule

This is a place to share game creations, find inspiration and enjoy each other's company. These guidelines apply to preset images, titles, descriptions, usernames and messages to the Studio.

Make room for everyone

Be respectful. Harassment, threats, hateful content, impersonation and targeted abuse are not welcome. Do not post sexual content, graphic violence, spam, scams or links intended to harm others.

Share with permission

Upload your own game screenshots or images you have permission to share. Give credit where it is required. Do not present another player's work as your own. Pocket Portal Studio is a fan community; an approved submission is not an endorsement from a game publisher.

Keep personal information private

Remove real names, private messages, email addresses, contact details and other identifying information from the picture itself. Removing embedded image metadata does not remove words visible in a screenshot.

Help other players use your preset

Use a clear title and an accurate image description. Provide the real in-game share code and expiry date. Mark spoilers clearly. Do not resubmit the same code to extend its expiry.

How review works

Submissions wait privately for a Studio administrator to review them. We do not promise a review time. Approved presets appear in the gallery. Rejected submissions stay private, with a note explaining the decision. We can remove approval if a concern is raised later.

Expired presets keep their images in the archive for inspiration, with their share codes hidden. Withdrawal hides a submission from the public but does not delete its stored image. Rejected and withdrawn images stay private unless a removal request is reviewed; there is no automatic deletion period.

Something doesn't feel right?

Contact the Studio to report a submission, request image removal or ask us to reconsider a decision. Include the page link and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or private sign-in links.
