A little help from the Studio

For account help, a concern about a submission or an image-removal request, email hello@pocketportalstudio.com.

Account help

Tell us your username and what happened. Never send your password, sign-in cookie, confirmation link or password-reset link. You can request a password reset yourself.

Report a submission

Include the page link and explain the concern, such as personal information, harassment or an image shared without permission. Please avoid forwarding sensitive pictures when a link is enough. Reports go to the Studio team, not the person who posted.

Ask for an image to be removed

Include the preset link and your username, and tell us whether you want it hidden from the gallery or removed from storage. We may ask for enough information to confirm ownership. You can immediately hide your own preset using Withdraw in My presets.

We review requests manually. There is no guaranteed response time. If you disagree with a moderation decision, reply with the preset link and explain what you would like us to reconsider.
